What It Does:
It's an IPS (International Patching System) for Win32 system. Now IPSWin features a number of functions that render the
use of the old IPS.EXE simply insane:
- Complete support of ZIP files both for the file that for the patch.
- A compact and easy to understand GUI to render your like easier.
- A safe mode that prevents you to waste your file even if you didn't choose the Backup Option.
